· a) Lessons + self-study bundles
1:1 or 1:2 30min lessons plus self study (i.e. you receive access to packages of study materials and have private lessons with a teacher). Available to buy in 12 x 30min lesson bundles of 1:1 or 1:2 at 9 levels.

*PLEASE NOTE - If you want to buy 1:1 or 1:2 60min lesson plus self study, please make 2 orders – one for 1:1 or 1:2 30min lesson plus self study, then another for 1:1 or 1:2 30min lessons only at the time immediately after your first lesson to make up the hour – so if you book your 1:1 + self-study 30min lesson for Mondays at 9-9.30, then book your 1:1 30min lesson only for Mondays 9.30-10

PLEASE book only the time and day you have arranged with your teacher. The calendar will show you all teachers and all times / days they have available but, ** if you want to change the day/time/teacher please get in touch before making any booking as we only have slots open for students booked and anyone who books outside of an arranged time will be booking in another student’s slot.**
Step-by-step instructions below for each type of booking.

1 - a) Buying lessons + self-study bundles
The link you choose takes you to a page with 9 options. Choose the level you are moving up to. The sequence of levels is this:
A1.1(1a) – A1.2 (1b) – A1.3 (1c) – A2.1 (2a) – A2.2 (2b) – A2.3 (2c) – B1.2 (3a) – B1.2 (3b) – B1.2 (3c)
Upon clicking on the level you want, it will take you to a page with more details of the course, from there click on purchase. Complete with email address, an address, agree to terms and conditions, and then pay (paypal or credit card).
You will then be sent 2 emails, one to say the order is confirmed, and another to say the order is ready. In this second email, you will find information like this ——->>>>
1 - b) Buying lessons only
The link you choose takes you to a page with 6 options. Decide whether you want 1:1 or 1:2 lessons, and whether you want to buy a bundle of 1, 4, or 12 lessons. Choose the option you want by clicking on the ‘Add to cart’ button in orange.
This will take you to a page to fill in your details to complete the booking (name, email), and then choose payment – either paypal or credit card at the moment. (If you prefer to pay in another way please do not book yet, tell me you want to pay differently and I will send you payment details and then a code to use at checkout). You will get an order receipt and be sent an email where you will have the options to schedule your lesson(s).
Click on Schedule and this will take you to a page with ‘Code or email’ completed. Do NOT alter this!
2) Book the lessons with your teacher
You will see a list of teachers. Select your teacher by clicking on the ‘Select’ button to the right.
.Their calendar will then appear with the available dates, and for each day when you select that (in orange here), the times available for that day, as below. You can book each lesson separately, or opt to book repeating lessons on the same day. Usually you can only book 24hours or more in advance, but if you want to book less than 24hours before that is possible, you need to liaise with your teacher so they can open up the booking for you.
Select and continue – chooses that time and day only and takes you to ‘checkout’
Select and add another time - chooses that time and day and gives you the option to select another time and day
Select and make repeating - chooses that time and day and gives you the option to select the day to repeat and the number of repetitions. The default repetition number is 8, but please alter to the correct number of lessons you have left (as mentioned above). Once you have chosen the number of repetitions, click ‘See availabilty’ to then see the list of times and days to book. If they are good, click ‘add appointments’. If not, then ‘back’
Once you have the lessons booked in, the dates appear, you can remove the ones you don’t want if you want to, and then add more.
When you are happy with the dates, click continue and you will go to the final confirmation page, with the option to edit / reschedule / the link to add to your calendar etc. You will also receive a confirmation email and reminders before your lessons.
